LetrsFoundations

Foundations offers teachers professional knowledge to assist in differentiating instruction.

It includes research based information on the five components of reading identified by the National Reading Panel: Comprehension, Vocabulary, Fluency, Phonemic Awareness, and Phonics.

Dynamic Indication of Basic Early Literacy Skills

DibelsDIBELS is a collection of screening assessments for early literacy skills that can assist teachers and schools in identifying children who may need more intensive, or individually tailored instruction.

Students so identified can then be given Progress Monitoring Assessments to determine what interventions are effective.
