Programs
The Muskegon Area Career Tech Center offers 20 different programs for area 11th and 12th grade students. Classes are held Monday through Friday with morning and afternoon sessions of 2.5 hours long. Students spend approximately one half of their day at the MACTC and one half at their local high school.
Each program is represented by an Advisory Committee of local professionals in program related occupations. The Advisory Committee reviews program curriculum, facilities and equipment and makes recommendations for updating and upgrading as industry standards change.
