Educator in the Workplace
A collaborative effort between the Muskegon Area Intermediate School District, Muskegon Area First, and the Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce, Educator in the Workplace gives local educators the opportunity to visit companies and learn firsthand what skills employers are looking for.
The Educator in the Workplace event strengthens connections between the business community and local schools in order to prepare the workforce for the jobs of tomorrow. This is the seventh year of the event, and has brought over 1,000 educators into 60 business locations throughout Muskegon County.
