Direct Credit

What is Direct Credit?

Direct credit courses allow tech center students to enroll as college students and receive a transcript for college credit that is accepted at most colleges and universities in Michigan. These courses are usually taught by teachers who are adjunct college faculty.

Courses that offer Direct Credit

Currently the Muskegon Area Career Tech Center (CTC) offers Direct Credit with Mukegon Community College (MCC) in the following courses:

Certified Nursing Assistant

Computer Aided Design

Criminal Justice

Financial Management/Accounting

Graphic Production Technologies

Medical Assistant
